Welcome to Mykroo.net – Nigeria’s homegrown platform for micro jobs and tasks. Whether you're here to earn small-small or get things done sharp-sharp, this Terms of Service (“ToS”) outlines the rules that guide your use of our platform. By accessing or using Mykroo, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you no gree, abeg no use the site.
Mykroo.net is a crowdsourcing platform that connects Job Posters (those who need simple online tasks done) with Task Doers (freelancers who complete the jobs for a reward). We aim to create a trusted and easy-to-use platform for digital hustle and micro-tasking in Africa.
To use Mykroo:
You must be 15 years or older.
You must have a valid email address, ID, NIN and phone number.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
You may only own one account. Multiple or fake accounts are not allowed and will be banned.
You're responsible for your account activity. Keep your password secure.
If we detect fraud, misuse, or suspicious behavior, your account may be suspended or permanently disabled.
You may delete your account anytime, but completed jobs and transactions will remain in our records.
Select only tasks you understand and can complete properly.
Do not use bots, automation, or copy-paste methods unless specified.
You must submit correct proofs and follow job instructions exactly.
Violating task rules may result in disqualification, withholding of earnings, or a ban.
Post tasks that are clear, legal, and fair.
Describe tasks in detail to avoid confusion.
Jobs must be funded before they go live.
You must review submissions within 3–5 days and mark them as approved or rejected.
No illegal, adult, political, fake review, or scam jobs are allowed.
Task Doers are paid after job approval.
There is a minimum withdrawal threshold which will be stated on your dashboard.
Payouts are processed within 1–3 working days, depending on volume.
All payments are made in Naira (₦) and will follow local banking/fintech procedures.
Any attempt to game or cheat the payout system will lead to a ban.
As clearly stated in our Refund Policy, once a job is posted and engaged by Task Doers, no refund is allowed.
Refunds may only be considered for jobs that receive zero interaction or in cases of platform error.
Refund abuse, chargebacks, or false claims will lead to account suspension and possible legal action.
To keep the platform safe and productive:
Be respectful to other users and our team.
No spam, hate speech, threats, or abusive behavior.
Don’t attempt to take users off the platform for private deals.
Report issues via our official channels. We dey here for you.
All logos, designs, texts, software, and content on Mykroo.net belong to us or our licensors.
You may not copy, redistribute, or reuse any part of the site without permission.
You own the content you post, but grant us the right to display it for operational purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts that break our rules.
We may also suspend features or jobs we deem harmful or unsafe to users or the platform.
Suspended users forfeit all unused balances in cases of fraud, bots, or cheating.
All task rejections and payment disputes must be raised within 7 days of job submission.
Disputes are handled fairly by our moderation team. Their decision is final.
For more serious matters, Nigerian law and jurisdiction applies.
We may update these terms from time to time. You’ll be notified via email or dashboard.
Continued use of Mykroo means you accept any updated terms.
