At  Mykroo.net, our goal is to ensure a fair and transparent experience for both Job Posters and Task Doers. Please read this refund policy carefully before posting any job or funding your account.


1. No Refunds for Active or Engaged Jobs

Once a job has been posted and engaged by users (i.e., clicked, started, or submitted by any Task Doer), no refunds will be issued on the funds allocated to that job. This is to protect the time and effort of users who have begun working on the task.

We encourage all Job Posters to:

  • Carefully review your job details before posting.

  • Double-check instructions, category, and budget settings.

  • Use the preview and test post tools if unsure about job setup.


2. Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

  • The job was posted but no Task Doer interacted with it within the set timeframe.

  • There was a technical issue on our platform that prevented the job from displaying or functioning properly.

  • Your account was charged incorrectly due to a billing or system error.

In these rare situations, a full or partial refund may be issued to your wallet or original payment method upon review.


3. Job Revisions Instead of Refunds

If you notice an error in your job post after submission:

  • You may pause the job and edit the instructions (if still unengaged).

  • If some users have started the task, the job can be paused to stop further engagement, but no refund will be granted for already submitted work.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving or rejecting task submissions based on the set criteria.


4. Chargebacks & Fraud

Users who initiate unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes after funds have been used on Mykroo.net may face:

  • Permanent account suspension

  • Forfeiture of remaining wallet balance

  • Legal action where applicable

We treat chargebacks as a serious violation of our Terms of Use.
